Cardholder Terms & Conditions
This eftpos Prepaid Gift card (“the card”) is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532, AFSL 404131 (also referred to as ‘EML/we/us/our’). EML is the issuer of the Card and has authorised Edge Loyalty Systems ABN 96 138 299 288 (also referred to as ‘Edge’), to distribute the Card. Within these conditions ‘you’ are the Card purchaser or user. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions herein, you agree to a contractual relationship with EML.
By using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions.

Your Card must be collected within 10 days of the registration of your Claim with the TSA Customer Service Representative, by using your date of birth and a unique validation code which was sent to you by SMS (or retrieved at 1300 360 486 if you do not have a mobile phone). You must refer to the instructions provided on the back of the card to activate. Funds will be available 90 minutes after activation.

If your card is not collected within 10 days of the registration of your Claim with the TSA Customer Service Representative, the card becomes void and will not be able to be provided to you.

The card must be activated prior to use and card expiry.

The Card is valid for 30 days from date of issue- the date of issue can be found on the front of your prepaid gift card. Please refer to any communication that accompanied the distribution of your gift card.

The card cannot be used after expiry and cannot be replaced. At expiry, the remaining balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens.

The Card can be used for purchasing goods and services at merchants in Australia that accept eftpos gift cards, excluding gambling, liquor or tobacco products, when the gift card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Some merchants may choose not to accept the eftpos gift card.

Keep your gift card secure - anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases.

We are not liable in any way if/when a payment authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part.

The Card is like cash and may not be replaced if misplaced.

Edge may, at is absolute discretion, replace a damaged, lost or stolen card for a $15 replacement fee. Any replacement gift card will have the same expiry date and unused value less any replacement fees. Apply by calling Edge Client Services on 1300 360 486. You must present the original Activation Code and card number (located on the back of your gift card). Make a record of the Card Number and keep separate from your Activation Code. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks at our absolute discretion.

To the extent permitted by the law, our liability is limited to replacing faulty gift cards.

The card will be void if it is defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

You are responsible for all transactions on the Card, except where there has been fraud or negligence by our staff or agents. If you notice any error relating to the Card, you should notify Edge Client Services immediately on 1300 360 486* during business hours or online at doorways.salvoscards.com.au.

We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains our property.

Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant.

If you think there has been an incorrectly processed transaction on your gift card please contact the store where the mistake was made. We are unable to reverse any approved transactions.

If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds.

If you have a problem with a purchase made with the Card, or a dispute with a merchant, you must deal directly with the merchant involved. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant, you can contact Edge Loyalty Client Services immediately on 1300 360 486 during business hours or online at doorways.salvoscards.com.au

If you have a query or complaint about the gift card, please raise it through any of our contact channels - online at doorways.salvoscards.com.au or by phoning 1300 360 486 during business hours. We are not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the gift card.

You are responsible for knowing your available balance by checking the card balance online at doorways.salvoscards.com.au - click “Check Balance” or by phoning 1300 360 486 during business hours.
